On February 26, 2016, Broad Homes won the bidding for the Resettlement Houses Project on Lianhua Road, which is the first industrialized buildings project in Fuyang City of Anhui Province. The project, located at the south of Lianhua Road of Fuyang City, has a total construction area of about 400,000 square meters.

The success in this bidding depends on the solid foundation of cooperation with China Construction Fourth Engineering Division Corp. Ltd. Dated back to Oct. 30, 2015, General Manager of China Construction Fourth Engineering Division Corp. Ltd., Tian Weiguo, visited Broad Homes and signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Broad Homes.

The success in the bidding has profound significance for Broad Homes Anhui Branch. It is the first project settled after signing the Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China Construction Fourth Engineering Division Corp. Ltd. and also the biggest project outside Hefei, which represents the growing acceptance of industrialized building of Broad Homes in Anhui province.
