Broad Homes established Research & Development Center in 1996 consisting of seven professional teams with 500 engineers and architects. In order to create innovations for industrialized building in China, we invited professional researchers not only from the field of construction engineering, but also from other fields of specialization such as ecology, energy and artificial intelligence. With major emphasis on creating work, Research & Development Center acts also as Broad College, training newly graduated students to be qualified engineers in industrialized construction.
