On Sept. 29, Departure Ceremony of Broad Total Precast Villa was held in Xianing Port of Changsha. 7 Broad’s total precast villas were transported by Hunan-Europe Experss as a gift to Mogilev of Belarus by Hunan provincial government, to witness the friendly relationship between Mogilev and Hunan province.

Under the “One belt and one road initiative”, Belarus, as an important node, Belarus is one of the important portals of the Silk Road economic belt into Europe. At present, Hunan and Mogilevov have established friendly relationship, to carry out various forms of communication and cooperation, and promote common prosperity and development. On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Belarus, the 750th anniversary of the foundation of Mogilev city, Hunan Provincial People's Government gifted BROAD’s total-precast concrete villas, which reflect advanced level of Hunan intelligent manufacturing technology, to Mogilev.

The total-precast villas gifted to Mogilev are customized by Broad Homes, adjusting to the climate of Mogilev. Broad Homes also makes optimization on water-proofing, fire-proofing, thermal-insulation and sound-insulation. After arrival in Mogilev, the villas will be erected as soon as possible, which witness the friendship of China and Belarus, and promote the economic and trade cooperation between Hunan and Belarus.
