On March 7^th, the signing ceremony of Broad Homes Fuyang Industrialized Construction Industrial Park was held between Fuhe Industrial Park and Broad Homes, representing the settlement of Broad Homes’ Fuyang Industrialized Construction Industrial Park in Fuhe Industrial Park. Municipal Committee of the CPC Yu Yong, Vice Mayor Lu Shiren, Party Committee Secretary of Fuhe Industrial Park Wang Houliang, and the president of Broad Homes Group Zhang Jian attended the ceremony.

The industrial park, with total investment of 800 million RMB, covers an area of 14 hectares, which contains PC factory, accessory factory and research institute.

During the meeting, Yu Yong introduced some basic information on Fuyang to Zhang Jian. He said, “With a large population working on farming, Fuyang has a great potential in urbanization. We hope Broad Homes could fully utilize advantages in construction speed and quality to boost the development of Fuyang”.

The settlement of Broad Homes Fuyang Industrialized Construction Industrial Park has a significant meaning, introducing the new industry, construction industrialization into Fuyang.
