Job Responsibility：

1. As the project team leader and decision maker to confirm the responsibilities of team members;
2. To formulate project work plan and communicate with customers in time;
3. To predict and grade potential project risks and formulate plans and emergency strategies;
4. To conduct project cost control, regularly track costs and profit status, and report to the company.

Requirements：

1. Civil engineering bachelor degree or above;
2. 5-year’s experience in project management, over 2-year’s management experience in similar industry;
3. Be proficient in English communication with clients and be capable of providing proposal in English.
4. Overseas construction experience preferred;
5. Willing to accept the long-term business trip
